About Small Crown Beret Co. Established in 2003 the main focus of our business was to manufacture high quality headwear for the British Armed Forces personnel for private purchase. We noticed a gap in the market for the smaller crown design, so we manufactured our berets with less material, on average 2" (5cm) smaller than the UK MOS specs.
